I can still remember the first pair of Nike Shoes that I ever wore. They were a white on white Air Flight shoe from around the year 1988. There’s nothing like a nice pair of Nike Shoes, especially Nike Air Flight when you were a kid. They made you feel like you really could go out and play ball just like the NBA players did.

Of course, just because you had a pair of Nike Air Flight shoes does not mean that you were going to start dunking on anyone. But, they sure did make you feel like you could. It’s kind of cool that now they keep releasing retro Nike shoes so that you can still go out and get a pair just like you had back in the day.

From the classic Nike swoosh to the large air bubble on the sole of the shoe,  The Nike Air Flight were a classic shoe that sill to this day looks good no matter what outfit you are wearing.  You could be on the basketball court with a pair of shorts and a jersey or sporting a pair of jeans and a Polo shirt. 

The Nike Air Flight gave birth to many of the styles of shoe that came later on and now Nike keeps releasing more and more Retro style Nike Air Flights so that you can go out and pick up the same pair that you had 15 or 20 years ago.

There is a reason why Nike continues to dominate the shoe market and the Nike Air Flight is a good example of why this is.  Any collection of sneakers has to have at least one pair of Nike Air Flight in order to be complete.
