WORKSHOP FOR TB VOICE NETWORK MEMBERS

A one day workshop was held for members of TB voice network to sensitise them on the new drug treatment regimen for TB disease and how to complete the new patient treatment card. The members of the TB voice network are responsible for supporting and assisting TB patients in the various communities to complete treatment as treatment supporters. The workshop was therefore organized to sharpen their skills and knowledge and also up-date them on current issues on TB.

The workshop was organized by Afro Global Alliance and Chest Department at Korle-bu Teaching Hospital. The resource persons were Samuel Kudjo - a laboratory technician, Dr. Audrey Forson- Head -TB unit, Dora Letsu- Public Health Nurse and Chief Austin Obiefuna Arinze, Patron - TB voice Network and President - Afro Globa Alliance.
